Totally amazing to have so many taking part in the Lockdown Bingo, smashing all the good deeds, run routes and fitness challenges!

Wow, what a month it's been! Lockdown 2.0 put a stop to a lot of our regular sessions.. But once again you guys showed me that nothing can stop us from getting fit by doing good.. Together but apart! It's been amazing to see all the run photos popping up in the WhatsApp group, all the self-logged good deeds and cheering on!

The Lockdown Bingo added a lot of fun to this. From hill reps, to Sally Squats, to random acts of kindness and individual litter-pikcs, it's been brilliant to see you guys tick it all of the Bingo sheet!

My favorite was Lucy R's cow picture. As she did not run past any real life cows, she simply photgraphed the word COW during one of her runs

Another shout out goes to Steph who had been injured for a long time but managed to do the 5 k run as part of the Bingo challenge. Great work! We hope your injury continues to heal and that you'll be fully back on track in no time!

Also, a BIG welcome to Georgina! This was her first GoodGym event. Let's all give her a big cheer!

I hope you all enjoyed the Bingo! Don't forget to sign up to our Secret Santa Challenge so that I can send you a nice "Fitness Gift", and also to check out our live Instagram feed every day for your very own Fitmas Advent Calendar with some daily fitness ideas.

Stay safe, keep running and keep smiling!
