Today I ventured north of the river to mix up the scenery. Mr and Mrs P were prepared with a list and after a brief discussion I was asked to go to the big Sainsbury's up further north in Camden town. So another 3k run it was and I happily did it.

The main reason I was asked to go to this particular supermarket was because they wanted 3 packets of 2 Corn fed chicken breast with skin and bone on, so it was relief when I found them. Besides the chicken it was all vegetables and brie cheese.

I returned with the shopping after a 30 minutes walk to a very thankful Mr and Mrs P then a nice swift 7k run back home.
