Last night, Chris and Rob hit the roads of Solihull with the hope of trying to keep an average pace - we didn't discuss what the average would be, but went out to see if we could actually achieve it. 

We also decided to head out and try to find a new route for a summer run if we happen to not have a task.

Once back at base and looking at our segments, we feel like we did a good job, could be better, but we now have this benchmark.
