Surprisingly today's biggest challenge wasn't the (failed) attempt to find every item on Miss A's neat, detailed, extensive, varied and fully funded shopping list at her Sainsburys Local, but trying to balance all the items that I'd managed to overfill the basket with into the minuscule square of space onto which you are expected to be able to place all your items once scanned without them toppling over (or off, which then necessitates a call for "assistance" to assure the machine I haven't just run off without paying for two lemons...) - and keeping the fragile items like the eggs, at the top of the tower (without them crashing to the ground in a noisy heap).
