Ms B was surprised (to put it mildly) that I haven't yet been to Cliveden House even though I've been here for a few years. So she explained in meticulous (and interesting) detail what I can see and do there when I go. If I were a cartographer, I could have drawn a perfect map of the place, that's how good her descriptions were!

It then reminded her of a big scandal from the 60s that the Cliveden House had a role in - The Profumo Affair. Remarkably, Ms B remembered everyone involved in the whole thing even though she says she hasn't got a good memory anymore. I couldn't name most of the characters involved a couple of hours after the visit 😆
