It was a fairly simple and straightforward task for Mr G - setting up a new telephone, it was the same as his old one that had stopped charging properly. He was unable to do this himself due to multiple disabilities. It then took a while to work out where a beeping noise was coming from. In the end I worked out that it was the old phone wanting to be charged and once th batteries were removed there was silence.
