A pleasantly sunkissed brisk stroll to complete a most delightful Old Chap’s grocery shop.

Ever the avid multi-tasker, 52 minutes of Covid-19 social distancing regulation induced queueing saw me performing an array of exercises (lunges and squats to name a few) much to fellow queuers’ disdain . The subsequently bulging grocery bags served remarkably well as weights, completing my workout on the walk back with some decent upper body strengthening and lifting.

A wonderful bout of afternoon storytime then followed with Our delightful Ol’ Chap regaling marvellous episodes of adventure and mischief from his youth! 😉

Love the idea of utilising queuing time for bonus fitness!

Volunteering at Gunnersbury parkrun
🗓Saturday 8:30am

This is a brilliant weekly 5k event run entirely by volunteers. Parkrun only happens when enough people step forward to help, so let’s show them the GoodGym spirit!
