Four GoodGym members came together to help Stephens House and Gardens but unfortunately due to illness the Mission couldn’t go ahead as the Gardner was ill. Instead we helped our incredible host the Phoenix Cinema by delivering leaflets of their latest releases. We warmed up with a gentle jog along the High Street spotting some urban street art in the process. ( check out Ben Wilson’s chewing gum art) we then split into pairs to deliver leaflets to the houses in East Finchley. it wasn’t all work as we played on the outdoor gym in Littleton playing Fields. we then headed back and warm down with some gentle stretches.
