I arrived expecting to fit a new toilet seat, however the (definitely not 😬) "new" seat was already on, but wobbling. Miss V's daughter had tried to sort it, but it was screwed on too tight for her to remove with her arthritis. I removed the seat and inspected it, but there were corroded loose parts that I just couldn't tighten. I refitted the seat with apologies, making sure to leave the nuts loose enough for her daughter to be able to change it
