Great to catch up with Mr G again. His boiler had been broken for a few days but had just been fixed when I arrived, which seemed to have cheered him up.

In the couple of months since I last shopped for him, his tastes have evolved slightly - his list had several old favourites on it but there was a new pasta bake dish and he now prefers cow’s milk to soya. The supermarket was surprisingly peaceful and I managed to find all the items quite quickly.

We had a good chat about preferred holiday destinations and 1980s Australian TV shows. I even managed to squeeze in a quick tweak to his WhatsApp settings before heading Home and Away.
