Todays session saw us take a brisk walk around Pimlico to get our pulses raised! We added in a some dynamic exercises to improve our range of movement before a series of static stretches rounded off the session.
Visiting a local gardens we powered through some speedy laps of the park racking up 4000 steps in an hour of top activity.
