A very quick post work mission to swing by the Royal Docks pharmacy in Beckton to pick up some medicine for Mrs K before the short stroll to Gallions Reach to locate her flat. Based on the number you wouldn't have guessed it was top floor but a decent workout shooting up the stairs. Successfully handed over to a grateful recipient.
