Today's fun packed sun packed good gym session took place at abbeypark it was a double session today with goodgymers helping at the woman's aid garden. For the parkrun we had big boss lady Sarah scanning after a fast run and Martin who was pre and post run set up and Marshall it was a pleasure watching fellow goodgymers run and help the community.
