One of my favourite missions so far, I cycled over to visit Ms H who needed some help getting her emails working on her computer as she was hard of hearing and this would really help her stay connected with friends. Whilst I worked on getting her Outlook back up and running, we had a great chat about everything from star signs to protest marches! With email sorted, I next showed her how to find emojis and stickers for her emails (she especially liked the cats) and finally she asked me to help her with making a donation to the National Theatre who she really wanted to support after watching their free live stream plays during lockdown. A very successful morning with wonderful company, thanks Ms H!
