A magnificent seven goodgym Members ran round the streets of East Finchley in support of the Phoenix Cinema. The oldest purpose-built cinema in the world! ( possible exaggeration as we are biased) Welcome Ali on her first run out with Goodgym Barnet. Coming from Manchester - how appropriate that she delivered one of the cinema flyers to the house of A well-known singer from Oasis. ( Address to remain secret) when we had finished we did a couple of hill sprints and then Cloud lead us home back to the Phoenix. Job done a few of us went for some refreshments in the cinema café. thanks for coming running and doing some good.
