Aimee messaged me this morning in a blind panic that she wasn't going to make it along to lead the Community Mission, and I was stuck in a similar position meaning Liz and Danilo had to take this for the team.

It was Danilo's first GG mission today and he earned his good deed with pride. Liz and Danilo spent a busy few hours assembling shelves at East End Foodbank ready for another busy week ahead next week.

They were so busy they forgot to take any pictures which is why this is a random old snap from Charlotte that is always one of my favourites.

Well done to this dynamic duo on a great start to the weekend!

East End Women
A project supporting women with skills and training, education, loneliness and domestic abuse recovery.

East End Women offers practical courses for women to build confidence and skills around DIY, sewing, pattern cutting and basic trades. We also deliver the Freedom Programme domestic abuse recovery course, helping women to better understand the roots of domestic abuse and build confidence to identify warning signs in the future. In addition to this, East End Women also offer social activities and drop-in sessions for women experiencing isolation to meet one another, make friends and build local networks.
