My prescription pick up for Mrs N. was going smoothly until I got to her address and couldn't figure out how to access her flat due to some confusing signage.

I tried contacting her by phone but had no luck. Thankfully after a short time waiting one of her neighbours left the building and was able to point me in the right direction enabling me to drop off her prescription safely.
