There seems to be a pattern - every time I volunteer for course check at Catford #parkrun a storm hits London - I accept that this is correlation not causation. This time was different, there were a few small branches down but nothing to put parkrun at risk, in fact there was more risk from abandoned Christmas trees. The wander round the park was glorious, watching the sun rise, there wasn’t even that much litter to pick.
