It was a challenging morning for Goodgymers Carol, Caroline, Karen and Sheila. The Baby Bank has been inundated recently with clothes donations. While they have a temporary stop to taking any clothes, our task was help order the donations bags we already have. They were in a right old mess - some unlabelled bags, some in the wrong storage travel cot, and many contained a huge mix of clothes for different age groups. We spent the morning inspecting what was in each bag, labelling each bag clearly with the gender and age group, and making sure it was in the correct storage place. Now any volunteer looking for a specific size should be able to select the correct bag. The facility looked so much more ordered and tidier when we were finished.
