After joining the queue at the humdingers soup kitchen in Hoxton I was given two portions of lovely looking chicken and rice. It’s smelt amazing and the volunteers there where great. I even met a fellow good-gymmer who was helping out! I took advantage of the lovely weather and had a very nice walk to Mrs N in Hackney. Mrs N was very grateful and we had a small chat before I left. To get home I had a 5k jog around London fields and down regents canal. Mission accomplished 👍
