This afternoon, I enjoyed a bracing run along the canals on my way to help Mr R.

Mr R, who is shielding, needed a hand getting a shop in. I met him and collected the list, then ambled to Iceland, grabbed the goods, and dropped them back with him. Mission accomplished!
