This afternoon I visited Ms W in her care home. She wasn't alone this time, one of her sisters was visiting. It was 'the other sister', the one I hadn't met before. I offered to come later, but she insisted she was about to leave anyway. It was nice to meet her and to see that Ms W gets other visitors. I asked Ms W if her sister knew about my visiting her, and she said "yes, she knows you are the cake lady!", just as I was helping Ms W have some Red Velvet cake I'd saved for her. Apparently, I am quite well known in the care home, I'm the Cake Lady. But of course, who else would I be?! ... 😂😂😂
