I had a different task than usual at the Baby Bank today - a spot of buggy cleaning. Some lovely prams had been donated but still bore signs of adventures they had been on with previous owners. So we set to, with soapy water, stain remover and scrubbing pads to make them look more presentable. Once we had worked out how to unfold them! We were then able to leave them in the sun to dry
The Baby Bank collects donations of good quality clothes, equipment, and furniture to help families in extreme need. They provide essentials ranging from everyday items like nappies, and wipes to larger items like cots. They support families beyond the baby stage, for example with school uniform. They aim to give all children the best possible start in life.
