The lovely Ms M and my paths have crossed before in the past when I worked for her landlord. She thought I may have dealt with a complaint as she remembered my ‘kind’ voice.

We chatted a lot while I was there helping her going through some drawers, sorting out what could be kept and what could be binned. There were lots of bingo accessories from before the pandemic- she told me stories of friends and wins at Surrey Quays.
