Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Sevan
There are always new experiences when travelling to other countries and Mr A's recent experience had been less than positive. He'd ended up with a broken knee after being charged at by 15 motorbikes while crossing a road.
Now, back in Acton, he was struggling to make his own way up the stairs on crutches to his first floor flat. Going shopping was out of the question, so the call went out to GoodGym to help restock some essentials. The essentials appeared to be naked burgers, with everything but the bun on the list.
It took longer to get to and from the nearest supermarket than to find all the items on the list as they were pretty straightforward. "Tomato in glass jars" remained a mystery and was definitely not passata, so that will be a fun puzzle for next week's mission runner.
When Sevan returned, he heard the sound of someone playing guitar coming from Mr A's window and when Sevan reached the first floor, he saw that it wasn't a recording. Playing his guitar was something that Mr A could still do and it was a good way to pass the time. Sevan's substitutions passed the Mr A test, who was happy to be restocked with food for the next week. As he couldn't easily bend down, Sevan helped put the food away for Mr A, then ran off to find his own dinner.
