Every now and then, in between the pruning, picking, painting and general tasking, we take the opportunity to have a social and chatty group run. A time to welcome new GoodGymers and explore the local area on foot, taking in the fresh air and just get out and about and catch up.

Our social runs are a chance to learn all about Goodgym and get to know each other.

This week's was a steady 6.5km (the 0.2 was a car park lap - we cant finish on an odd distance) circuit around the parks and paths in Bramhall.
