Goodgym first-timer Sam joined Sheila at the Baby Bank for a spot of clothes-sorting. Sam soon got to grips with what passed the quality check, and what didn't, and we both churned our way through numerous bags of donations stored in the travel cots. The piles of sorted clothes quickly covered the tables, ready to be put away. After a great cup of tea (thanks, Lainey!) and fuelled with biscuits we pressed on. Sam was determined to achieve the elusive goal of emptying two of the travel cots, and ta-da! Sam was a great asset today, and we hope you come back for more and can join in some of our other Goodgym activities in the future. Welcome!

Providing essentials to families in extreme need

The Baby Bank collects donations of good quality clothes, equipment, and furniture to help families in extreme need. They provide essentials ranging from everyday items like nappies, and wipes to larger items like cots. They support families beyond the baby stage, for example with school uniform. They aim to give all children the best possible start in life.
