A sunny day, and my first chance to wear my GoodGym 100 t-shirt.
The third of three missions to deliver prescriptions from the Royal Docks Pharmacy - to Mr M's neighbour Miss P. The stairs in the estate provide a good workout... Three missions out of three accomplished. it was back on the bike, onto the Woolwich Ferry and back home in the sun.
