Another week to have a good old post-work scythe - what else would you do with your Wednesday evening?!

This week, Russ, Matt, Ella and I were all on scything the remaining areas of tall overgrown grass and wildflowers, doing it roughly so as to spread the seeds for regrowth. We managed to power through most of three big areas by the time our hour was up, even if it left some sore inner right arms (just me?!).

Meanwhile, Jade did a sterling job of litter-picking, especially the cans which she saw on her tough carrying-bike-upstairs detour to get to the task.

One big bag of litter and a bunch of newly scythed areas of grass later and it was time to head off home until next week!
