This evening we enjoyed a new task, helping out at the Trinity Close residents group.

After a rather humid run there, Stacey gave us a great welcome, introducing us to some of the residents and what they’ve got planned for the garden, including picnics and social evening or to just sit and relax.

Once the introductions were done we split into 3 groups. Fiona and Anish headed to the top of the garden and started clearing weeds from the flower beds, ready to plant some new flowers. Rachel and Jess did a great job edging the rose beds, leaving Chris to chop back a rather overgrown bush.

After a very productive 45 minutes helping the residents, it was time to tidy up and say our goodbyes. Due to the hard work and introductions this didn’t leave enough time to do a fitness session - we’ll make up for it in next week’s session after our litter picking!

Looking forward to seeing you all next week.
