My first social visit to Mrs S and her first visit from GoodGym. She's a lovely lady, gracious and very thankful for the time.

We talked about many things, mostly about Maidenhead as she's lived here for over 50 years! She is a retired teacher and loves crafts, has an infectious curiosity about learning new crafts or skills. She enjoys art history (coincidentally the subject I completed a master's in about 20 years ago!) and used to enjoy trips to Oxford by train to explore the buildings and stained glass windows on them.

The pandemic has left her a bit uncomfortable about going out too much but she still likes to go for walks. Mrs S doesn't have any close friends or family nearby she can visit or that can visit her, so she does get lonely. She was grateful for the break in her week with my visit and was happy and welcoming!
