It was a pretty standard shop for the lovely Ms Y today, albeit a day earlier than normal - bread from Sainsburys Local by the station and then the rest from the Co-op, taking advantage of several offers as a member.

There was one difference though, she asked me to go into the chemists and check whether they would be delivering her medication today. I was asked whether I would like to take it with me, not realising that it was a large carrier bag full! It was a struggle getting everything back to Ms Y’s but she was very relieved.
