6 runners met in the Ockwells car park, after some of them had been volunteering at the junior parkrun which was rather cold! They set off and Sophie decided 3 miles was enough for her, so called her SuperDad to pick her up. The others managed 10 miles in around 2 hours and did brilliantly, especially Georgeta as this was her longest run to date - well done Georgeta!
