Zoe has just reached another level: 100 good deeds with GoodGym. That's at least 100 times when they could have easily done something easier. But they didn't, Zoe has kept going and going. Helping a lot of other people and getting a bit fitter at the same time. Congratulations Zoe.

Zoe has just done something they've never done before. Zoe has just run a mission; they've changed their running route and run to help someone who really needed their help.

Zoe Dean been spreading the winter warmth visiting their coach in December.
Zoe runs to visit an older person, we knew that. What's new is that they've persevered through the worst the weather can throw at them. For logging their visits during December they are awarded the yule log badge.

Zoe has visited an isolated older person during their run 10 times now. It sounds like they've made friends. This is likely to have made a huge difference to the life of the older person. Isolation and loneliness are crippling for many; a friendly face visiting regularly can change someone's whole outlook on life.
