New Malden Methodist Church

A warm welcome to New Malden Methodist Church

Wesley’s isn’t just a Community Hub with a coffee bar—it’s the heart of our community at New Malden High Street. Whether you're looking to catch up with friends, meet new people, or just enjoy a quiet moment with a good cup of Fairtrade coffee or tea, Wesley’s is the perfect spot.

It is situated in the welcome area at the front of the New Malden Methodist Church. Our volunteers are always here with a warm smile, ready to make you feel at home. We’ve created a cozy, inviting space where everyone is welcome. And if you’ve got little ones, don’t worry—we’ve set up a special play area so you can relax while they have fun.

This morning I started with removing the dead heads from the plants in the hanging baskets, then swiftly moved on to clearing the weeds and dead vegetation from the 3 beds they have, 2 in their courtyard at the side of the church and one at the front. Sweeping up was done throughout by myself and Lee, the task master. . A much needed cup of tea was taken before onwards to Richmond Park for my walk and another butterfly count.
