A new national campaign from GoodGym is bringing together environmental action, community connection and wellbeing in cities across the UK. Launched in the same week as Earth Day - Workout for the Future invites people to combine exercise with helping local environmental projects where they can run, walk or cycle to sessions and get stuck into practical tasks that make a difference.
Over the first three months, there are around 1,000 opportunities to get involved nationwide.
It’s a free, flexible and environmentally friendly way to get active while helping your community. Sessions are happening all around the UK, and it’s simple to take part, just sign up and turn up. It’s about getting moving, meeting people and leaving places better than you found them.
