This weekend was absolutely jam-packed with GoodGym get togethers, trips and achievements. Totally inspiring to see so many friends out there supporting each other to smash goals and generally just having a great time hanging out.

Here's a round-up of this weekend's highlights.

The GoodGym Olympics

102901

First up, thanks to Tom, Katie and the Taskforce team for organising a super special day. Great to get so many of us together for a day filled with fun, running, jokes and sun up at Parliament Hill athletics track. More to highlights from the day to come.

I Move London relay takeover

102902

On Sunday, we took over the IMove London Relay - a month long, 4,000 mile relay race that aims to bring communities from all across London together. Write up on the race in the Metro here and a picture from Steve.

Cardiff climbed Snowdon

102903

This weekend, 22 of us got together to hike up Snowdon to help Nathan conquer his New Year’s Resolution and to celebrate Rachel being 10 years cancer free. Followed by a well deserved dip in the lake to cool off.

Some serious distance running

102910

Alison from Bath came first - that's right first - in the Cotswold's Way Challenge ladies 100k race at the weekend. An immense achievement. Plus two Yorkies ran in the Leeds Endure 24. Nice one to all of you for sticking out a phenomenal distance in this heatwave!

Five parkruns were ran in one morning

102904

In Sheffield Mike and Daniel ran all five of Sheffield’s parkruns in one morning - plus the bits in between. They started at 4am completing Graves, Castle, Concord and Hillsborough and arriving at Hallam by 9am for the official start. In total they ran 50.3km, and made 690m climb.

We beat the boat!

102908

Who would win in a 10k? GoodGym runners or.... a canal boat? Turns out the answer is GoodGym runners!! We all beat at least one boat.
