Saucony is a leader in high-performance running shoes, accessories and apparel. Their mission is to empower the human spirit, with every stride and in every community. Read on to hear why Jo Pavey loves the GoodGym and Saucony partnership, the arrival of the new Saucony running top and your chance to win £350 worth of Saucony kit.

The new Saucony t-shirts have arrived. Made with 70% recycled fibres, active fit and with great moisture wicking properties, the new high quality running tops are now being sent to all new members.

If you're an existing member and want to get your hands on one please email tshirts@goodgym.org for more information.

It's been fantastic to see support from people like Jo, who is an advocate for the GoodGym and Saucony partnership.

She became the oldest female European champion in history at the age of 40. She is passionate about fitness, giving back and wellbeing, which makes her a true GoodGym supporter!
