Said to be Yorkshire's biggest (and loudest) event, the Leeds Half Marathon is swiftly approaching and is calling upon all GoodGymers to be marshals for the day. Taking place on the 8th of May, it starts and finishes in the city centre.

The yearly event is responsible for raising hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity and on the day, GoodGym will have it's own section and with it the opportunity to get as many people seeing those red t-shirts as possible. We know we can bring the loudest cheers and that famous GoodGym spirit!

This event is a fantastic opportunity to cheer over 7,500 runners and be part of a truly magnetic and energetic atmopshere.

Jane Tomlinson's Run for All says "Support for runners along the route is always phenomenal, whatever the weather. Every participant will get a boost from the words of encouragement they receive."

We can't think of a better way to spend a day. Join the rest of the volunteers and cheer on the half marathon in the morning and then enjoy sight-seeing, shopping and dining in Leeds centre in the afternoon. Why not make a day of it?
