I'm a keen runner, fundraiser and volunteer. I'm a member of the core team at Colwick parkrun, a licensed guide for visually impaired runners and have raised £20,000 for the MS Trust running the London marathon in 2015 and 2016. As the world seems determined to go to hell in a hand-basket, I'm keen to try to make more of a difference at a local level. Let's do this!
