I enjoy keeping fit and also helping others. I am a Pregnancy Yoga instructor and also work at the local primary school. In my spare time I am Akela for our village Cubs group. I have often thought about going out to help those who may be too old to do everyday jobs or just need some company, but I never really knew where to start! This is the perfect opportunity to do this and keep fit at the same time!!
