parkrun is soon to be returning, so the challenge is simple: get training ahead of it's return and complete a 5k of your local parkrun route, at least once a week.
Junior parkrun events across England will be able to return from Sunday 11 April, then all 5k parkrun events across England will return on Saturday 5 June.

GoodGym Camden is the best way to get fit in North London, we meet every week at 6.45pm, there's a short intro and we aim to leave at 7pm.

We are a fun and sociable group which does good and gets fit together. We welcome all abilities but ask that you are able to run for at least 15 minutes, don't worry though we keep together as a group and no-one is left behind! Come along and join us!
For this starter session for all you newbies to come along to. We'll be going along to Cecil Sharp House to help plant seeds and flowers and would love if you joined us! Overall we'll be running 4km.
Join us at Highbury Pool for a run and physical task helping communities in Islington. We'll be meeting at 6.15pm and start running at 6.30pm. We'll work hard on a physical task for 30 to 45 minutes, then we all run back together to the start venue by 8.00pm.
For this special starter session we'll be heading 2k over to Barnsbury Community Centre to remove a fixed computer desk, fill holes with putty and paint the area.
There's also some tidying up in the garden to do, a spot of scrubbing to get involved with and some shopping trolleys to return.
And we'll be having some fitness fun on the way back. Suitable for all abilities.
