Reading

I started running and walking when I was 15 to be more active, and since then have run a marathon, duathlons and become a UK Athletics coach and PT. I’ve set up running groups and seen how being active transforms confidence and mental well-being , it also creates our communities and anchors us to nature and where we live , I really believe that this is important to us as individuals and as society in this fast world we live in .
