Rich completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Rich was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Rich is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Assessing the risks of running can be a pen in the arth sometimes, but it has to be done!

Today, Dave, Rich and I all ran the route for an upcoming community event that will bring runners of the Cardiff community together. We ran the route together so when event day comes everyone can run it safely!

The course had some hills which proved no trouble for Dave who approach every hill like he was running up the travelator in the old TV Programme Gladiator.

We saw the point where the first ever morse code signal was sent across water! Pretty cool eh?
