From 7am - 7pm, join me to run, walk or cycle.

UPDATE: With the new lockdown announced, the original plan to run around Sefton Park together is no longer possible. I'm working on a plan that will still make 31 January an epic day of activity so keep signing-up and watch this space.

HERE'S HOW WE'LL DO IT!

The day will act like a giant virtual relay. From 7:00 - 19:00, there will be at least one (preferably two) GoodGymers active each and every hour.
