I'm an exercise fiend! I'm a Level 3 Advanced PT, triathlete, kick boxer and studio class instructor. I also love bad puns and singing!
Ah, the Scrapstore. A slightly longer (but flat!) run but so worth it for the fun and amusement we have there. If you've not yet been, this run should not be missed, it's one of our favourite places to visit, plus it's indoors making it suitable for all seasons.
If you plan to come, bring a padlock if you've got belongings to leave at Vivo, and tell whoever is on reception that you're with GoodGym too.
See you there!
Time to make our garden grow - all the hard work we put in over the summer at Emmaus in St Pauls means that we can now spread some compost, sow some seeds and plant some more..er... plants.
It's a really short run, so is good for everyone - come long and bring a head torch as whilst there are street lights, it's good to have your own light source. If we have time after the task we'll do a few more fitness drills or go for a longer run to get back to HQ.
Our aborted run to Bishop Road School is back on and this time we're going to plant bulbs in the flower beds we helped to make earlier in the year! WOO! It's quite a long hilly run, so be ready to give your legs a good workout.
We're also going to be heading over to Easton to drop off some leaflets - it's a little shorter and a lot flatter!
If you're new, come a few minutes earlier so that you can stow any belongings in the lockers kindly loaned to us by Vivo, and bring a padlock to secure said locker!
Everyone, if you have a head torch, do bring it - the chances are high that our task will be outside, and we'll definitely be running outside to get there, so stay safe!
