I have been a firefighter for 21 years and work with a lot of community groups. This work has been amazing rewarding and seeing projects fulfil and exceed their potential has been fantastic. I started as a triathlete in 2013 completing Ironman races and have made the move to ultra running most recently completed the MDS for the fire fighters charity. I love the area we live and in lockdown was proud to be part of the wellington angels helping those in isolation with shopping and medication pick up. I would be greatful to be able to continue to contribute to the community in whatever role I was able.
