We met @ 08:30am for a setup at brand new Aston Hall Parkrun. Today's run director was Rafa. Heavy rains didn't stop this Park run likes others were cancelled in and around Birmingham area due to floods.
The course is run on a combination of grass, permanent paths and trail paths . Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain.
1st 2 laps got few uphills. Last 2 laps flat with trail and grass paths.
You find it harder 1st time, but after few times you will get used to of it.
We all should give it a go

Jude Glynn has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Jude is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Jude Glynn earned their community cape by completing their first community mission. 🥳

Jude completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Jude was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.
