Tuesday on line yoga session at 8pm Join from 7.55 You can log on a few minutes before for a chat or ask some questions 7.45 This is a simple beginners / intermediate online yoga session designed to both strengthen, stretch and relax the body. It will be an hour + long session, using some simple yoga poses both static and dynamic, and the focus will be on mindful breath and movement. Please wear loose clothes, you need a yoga mat (or similar) and may be a thin blanket for relaxation. Please let me know if you have any questions or if its your first time. First shift for Kingston’s vast vaccine roll out

Today was my first shift as part of Kingston’s vaccine roll out for Day 3 of the New Malden and Worcester Park programme.

In a church hall with a top team of GPs, nurses, admin staff and volunteers they are vaccinating over 500 people a day.

Already onto the over 70:...

Amazing work guys and seeing nervous vulnerable patients gratitude was just so heartwarming.

GoodGym (not)parkrun Week 3

Norwich GoodGym hosted the first GoodGym (not)parkrun, GoodGym Stockport were the hosts for the second week of the national GoodGym (not)parkrun on Saturday 16th.

Colchester GoodGym will be the host for week 3 on Saturday 23rd January.

GoodGym (not)parkrun is being hosted by a different GoodGym area each week during lockdown and is aiming to get everyone involved in the January Challenge 2021, improve your fitness and keep that parkrun spirit going.

You can run or walk, whatever you prefer, from wherever you are in the country.

Everyone is very welcome to join!

Please remember to follow all Covid rules and guidelines on your run, keep safe, be socially-distanced and keep moving!

Just relish being out there.

You can complete your 5K any time on Saturday and submit your time, by midnight on Saturday, using the form.

Thanks to Melanie Young @ GoodGym Bristol (a very savvy computer person ) for creating the results form and who will put the results together for our (not) parkrun events. The first GoodGym (not)parkrun saw an amazing 76 GoodGym runners across the UK take part. Hopefully that total was broken on week 2.
