In my professional life I am a Project Manager for the fastest growing youth movement in the UK, NCS, and work to provide young people with continued personal and skill development opportunities around the UK. In my personal life I am a runner and Coach, a running club Vice Chairman, and a parkrun Run Director and Ambassador. I am very passionate about helping others and providing support, as well as running and fitness so combining both of these is my ideal.
